Job Description

As a Delivery Consultant with Payments Background, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of our payment solutions to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. In addition to your project management skills, language skills in French and/or Italian are highly preferred, as you will be working closely with clients in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that project objectives are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Payments Expertise:

• Leverage your payments background to provide subject matter expertise during project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their payment requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to payments to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.

Client Interaction:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively with clients.

Language Skills:

• Utilize your proficiency in French and/or Italian to facilitate communication with clients in these regions.
• Translate documents and participate in meetings where language skills are required.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the final delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, IT, or related).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience to be part of payment Product. Design/build/testing/release experience.
• Good understanding of ISO 8583 Payment Spec.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
